We accept CEA cards. To use these you can book in person or over the phone.
We also accept NHS/Blue Light cards. These can only be used to book in person.
Special Event Screenings:

Ticket Terms and Conditions
Children under 2 years of age are prohibited, except for Babes in Arms screenings.
Tickets purchased via this website are non-refundable, unless the screening is cancelled or rescheduled.
Tickets are also non-exchangeable although under exceptional circumstances, with at least 24 hours notice, an exchange for a specific performance may be possible, subject to availability. Please note that we are only able to exchange tickets once, that exchanges must comprise the entire ticket order and that bookings cannot be exchanged for credit or vouchers.
Tickets must not be resold for profit.
Tickets can only be purchased from this website by credit/debit cards.
Ticket price includes a £2 administration fee per ticket.
Prices on this website include tax where applicable.
By purchasing tickets via this website you agree:
a) to accept the seat reserved for each ticket purchased.
b) that we may, at our discretion, refuse to sell tickets or withdraw tickets from sale.
Cinema tickets are made available subject to the classification of the relevant film given by the British Board of Film Classification (BBFC). Suitable identification may be requested at the box office.
Aside from bottles of water, only refreshments purchased from the Sweet Shop may be taken into screenings.
Special events such as live broadcasts, Q&As and previews may be subject to different pricing.
Please note that middle seats in Row F of Cinema One and Three, and Row D of Cinema Two are against the wall and do not fully recline.
