I hereby acknowledge that the acceptance and basis of allocation of the non-voting “Ordinary C” Shares in the Company is in the absolute discretion of the directors and that they have reserved the right to reject any application including without limitation multiple or suspected multiple applications or any application considered by them to have been made by a nominee. If any application is not accepted, the application monies will be returned by BACS to the applicant without interest. There is no guarantee as to whether an application will be successful at all.

I understand that any application by me to invest in the Company shall be deemed to be an offer up to the value of my application and that such offer shall be deemed to take effect upon post submission of this online Application Form.

I accept that completion of the Application Form confers authority on the Company to complete an investment in non-voting “Ordinary C” Shares in the Company not exceeding the Application Amount.

I request and authorise the Company to send to me a definitive Share Certificate by post or via email in respect of one “Ordinary C” share in the Company to the address given above and to ensure that my name is placed on the register of members of the Company as holder of the said “Ordinary C” share.

I warrant that I will not be entitled to receive a Share Certificate for any “Ordinary C” shares unless and until I make payment in cleared funds and such payment is accepted by the Company in its absolute discretion.
